Conference fee covers:

• Full Conference participation
• Conference material (Conference booklet, Disk and so on)

Please Notice:

♦ Accommodation, meal and travel expenses are not included in the Conference fee.
♦ You will receive final confirmation of your registration only after your payment has been received.
♦ In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the ICAEA2021, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format on request only. Requests for these certificates must be made to icaea@icaea.net after the Conference has finished and before October 31, 2021

• You can pay your registration fee by Paypal or credit card (Visa or Master Card) through our agent payment system.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration can be cancelled upon written notification of the ICAEA2021, by e-mail to icaea@icaea.net. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance of cancellation.
• Cancellations before or on 31 August 2021 will be fully refunded, a 50 % cancellation fee.
• Any cancellations after 31 August 2021 will be non-refundable.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the Conference.
